You need to understand and apply the processes, tools and techniques that successfully manage project participants, stakeholders and promote effective communications. People can help or hinder your project, so managing stakeholders and human resources through effective communication is critical. By learning and practicing proven motivational, team building and conflict resolution skills, you will help maximize the productivity and results of your project team. You will develop skills acquired in Fundamentals of Project Management, such as leadership, stakeholder engagement, relationship building and communication. Using stakeholder analysis, you will easily assess positive and negative impacts on a project. You will be required to purchase a textbook.
