You can request your student records and transcripts by following the instructions outlined on this page. Because all forms are official documents, your Sheridan student ID number, birth date and personal email address are required as confirmation of request. 

The combination of these three pieces of ID is used as your ‘electronic signature’.

Your Registered Student Record

Please ensure that all personal information entered when creating your profile, including your legal name, and date of birth is accurate. This information will be maintained as part of Sheridan's official Registered Student Record.
Requests to change a legal name (first, middle, or surname), or date of birth must be supported by appropriate documentation before the update can be processed.
