Construction Planning and Scheduling

Students examine concepts in construction planning and scheduling, for commercial construction projects. Planning theories are put into practice using scheduling software. Students use a variety of learning tools including Gantt schedules, Critical Path Method,
resource allocation, cash flow planning, productivity factors and project monitoring. Students participate in interactive videos, discussions, quizzes, and practical construction scheduling scenarios.This course has achieved accreditation by the Gold Seal Accreditation Board of the Canadian Construction Association.
