This two-day (8 hour) workshop provides students with an overview of the nine functional dimensions based on the Competency Framework covered in HRPA's CHRL Knowledge Exam (CHRL-KE). Students will need to complete the CHRL-KE to demonstrate and acquire the competencies for the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation. Additionally, the CHRL-KE can also be applied towards the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. Note: Materials must be purchased prior to the start of the workshop.
