In this hands-on course, you will learn to use DSL cameras, studio strobes, continuous lighting, speed lights, natural light, and lighting modifiers. You will show basic skills in Photoshop editing, close cropping, and clipping paths of images for electronic file post production output. Gain experience photographing a large variety of small objects with different textures, surfaces, and materials while also producing creative compositions, lighting, and background environments to be well placed for commercial shooting work. Fee includes a $45 (non-refundable) lab fee.
Prerequisite(s): VDES70029 Intermediate Digital Photography, recommended VDES70030 Advanced Digital Photography and a recommended working knowledge of Photoshop.
