ABCs of Communication

Are you interested in exploring how successful communication skills can build long-term business relationships? Communication is a life skill that we engage in daily, whether in personal, social, or business settings. The way you communicate is often determined by the kind of relationship that exists between you and the other person. There is a clear association between what you say, how you say it, and the relationship that develops as you engage in communication. In this workshop, you will be introduced to the three key elements of interpersonal communication (verbal, non-verbal, and para-verbal expression). With a focus on exploring these elements of communication, you will develop key skills that will enable you to adapt your own communication style and preferences to help you build better relationships.
