Human Resource Concepts in Early Childhood Education

Are you a professional with an Early Childhood Education Diploma or recognized equivalent, who is currently in a leadership role, or seeking supervisory opportunities?  This course focuses on human resources and people development within an early childcare setting from the lens of a leader.  You will further your skills in communication and identify and leverage your leadership style to develop strategies for empowering and motivating employees.  Design a people development plan from start to finish, including forecasting, recruiting, selection, onboarding, and performance reviews to create an inclusive and enduring positive workplace culture.
