As we spend more of our time in meetings and are required to work effectively in teams and achieve ever more challenging and important goals, facilitation is turning into an increasingly important skill and tool. Examine the role of the Business Analyst as a communicator and facilitator, including introduction of methods that are important to running meetings, events and information gathering sessions, negotiating, achieving buy-in, making decisions and solving problems.
