Transition to Practice for Nurses (IEN)

Transition to Practice (TTP) is a CNO-approved course designed to support internationally educated nurses (IEN) in meeting the College of Nurses of Ontario’s new registration requirement effective April 1, 2025. This course is tailored to help nurses smoothly integrate into the Ontario healthcare system, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to transition effectively into professional practice. Internationally educated nurses can meet the CNO’s new registration requirement by completing this recognized Transition to Practice course.
