In this course, you will gain a deeper insight into the theories and research that shape management practices, organizational structure, and individual and team behaviour. You will learn strategies to promote productive teamwork, leadership and communication while earning a credit recognized by the HRPA. You will begin to formalize your understanding of human motivation and how decisions are made in organizations. By the end of the course, you will have the foundational knowledge and skills required to lead and influence teams within organizations.
