Program Description

If you’re travelling to Italy, are Italian-Canadian or just want to learn a new language, this course will help you communicate in Italian in social settings. You’ll learn English to Italian translation, the phrases that help tourists the most, and everyday Italian to converse naturally.

Even if you're just looking to pick up a new hobby or language, our practical virtual classes will help you build the foundational skills needed to speak, listen, and communicate in Italian. 

Upon completion of this program, students will be able to: 

  • Translate vocabulary for oral and written communication
  • Indulge in Italian culture with a focus on food and travel 
  • Ask and respond to basic inquiries 
  • Use past, present, future, and other verb tenses correctly 
  • Speak in an intermediate level
