Amazon Career Choice Program

Amazon believes in providing employees with the resources to help them succeed. To support this, Amazon has partnered with Sheridan to offer employees subsidized programs.

Program Benefits:

• Amazon covers 95% of the program price , up to a maximum of $3000 per calendar year (January 1 to December 31) 
• Students may be responsible for additional fees (e.g. text books, parking, transportation, lockers, additional course fees, and association fees). Please contact your Amazon representative for more details.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Amazon Employee Training is available to all Amazon employees in Canada. 
• Amazon Employees must submit a Payment Request through the Amazon Career Choice School Portal. Payment Requests submitted after the last day to enrol will not be honoured.

How to Register:

The following part-time continuing education program is currently available for Amazon's Career Choice: 

• Building Environmental Systems Operator - Class 1 Sheridan Certificate
• Human Resource Management Certificate

IMPORTANT NOTE: Continuing Education (CAPS) courses have open enrolment, which means there is not a formal admission process.

Please follow the following steps to register for the program and course(s):
1. Reach out to CAPS Third Party Billing at capsthirdpartybilling@sheridancollege.ca to receive your confirmation code required to submit a payment request with Amazon.
2. Submit a Payment Request through the Amazon Career Choice Student Portal
3. After submitting your Payment Request, complete the following Amazon Career Choice Registration Form from Sheridan. This is required to select the course(s) you wish to enrol in.
4. Create a CAPS account by providing all required information. This will set up your Sheridan student account.
5. Upon enrolment, you will receive an email confirmation from CAPS Third Party Billing. This email will act as your formal registration email.

• Human Resource Management Certificate
