Accounts, Passwords and Login Information
Forgot your Sheridan Username, Password and/or ID number?
Current or Returning Students
If you can’t remember your existing or previous login details, no worries! Simply submit your personal email address (the one you used when you first registered at Sheridan) or your Sheridan email address. We’ll match you by the email address you provide and send your login details straight away.
Password Reset
If you know your Sheridan Username but can’t remember your password, go into Sheridan’s password reset tool to set up your new password.

Be sure to keep your Sheridan login information handy! Important College information and news will be sent to your Sheridan email address, so please check your Sheridan email regularly.
Please note: A separate account is required for each student registering. You cannot register another student on your account
New to Sheridan?
If you are a first-time visitor to Sheridan Continuing and Professional Studies, you will need to create a Sheridan account to register for a course.
You can create your new Sheridan account with your personal email address. Once you’ve registered, we’ll email you, at that address, your Sheridan student ID number and instructions to activate your Sheridan username and password. You can then set up your Sheridan username and password which will allow you to register for courses, access Sheridan student services and manage your account.
As soon as you’ve logged in, you’ll be able to:
- explore Sheridan Central
- make use of an incredible range of Library resources
- access SLATE (Sheridan’s Learning and Teaching Environment) and
- review news and important information in your Sheridan Email Account
AccessSheridan
Your Sheridan login details provide access to Sheridan Central - our online communications portal – where you’ll have access to information and services including MyStudent Centre, Sheridan email, Career Centre, Accessible Learning Services, Office of the Registrar and so much more.
MyStudent Centre is a particularly helpful resource for Continuing and Professional Studies students. In it you’ll be able to:
- review your class schedules
- manage and update your personal profile
- view your grades
- obtain T2202a tax receipts
- view your course history
