Program Delivery

This is a part-time program and is delivered via online (asynchronous) and virtual (synchronous) classroom. Each course will be provided via a hybrid modality (online and virtual). 

What are Micro-Credentials?

Micro-Credentials certify an individual’s achievements in specific skill sets and differ from traditional credentials, such as degrees or diplomas. They are shorter, personalized, and enables employment in specific roles. At the end of this program, you will receive an official document credential from Sheridan Continuing & Professional Studies. 

Program Description

The Canadian workplace can be hard to navigate, especially for newcomers to Canada or internationally trained professionals. Our three-week program, Build Your Way To Success In The Canadian Workforce, is aimed to equip you with the skills required for an exciting and successful career in the Canadian workforce.  

Upon completion of this program, students will be able to:

  • Enhancing your English communication skills
  • Understanding Canadian labour laws and policies 
  • Recognizing your core workplace strengths

Complete all three courses and earn a Micro-Credential, a perfect addition for your resume and skill base.
