Every building needs a trained and qualified operator to keep it running: someone who monitors and maintains vital systems like heating, electricity, security and more.

In Sheridan’s Building Environmental Systems Operator program, you will get the training you need to operate a healthy, energy-efficient and economically-viable building in any sector.

Graduates of this program will demonstrate the ability to operate heating systems, air conditioning, refrigeration units and electrical systems. They will also learn air handling, preventive and corrective maintenance and study water treatment programs.

For program and curriculum related guidance, please contact Program Coordinator Cec Colbourne at cec.colbourne1@sheridancollege.ca.

When you graduate from our Building Environmental Systems Operator – Class 2 program, you’ll be able to pursue many different roles.
