ON CAMPUS AND ONLINE DELIVERY

Sheridan’s Human Resource Management Certificate program will prepare you in all areas of human resources and help you market yourself effectively to employers. The Human Resource Management Certificate program meets the high standards set by the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), which recently updated their certification framework. The framework incorporates both knowledge and competency around the areas of strategy, demographics, workplace accommodation, business acumen, diversity, employment law and analytics.

Successfully complete all nine (9) courses to achieve the program certificate. You can take the courses in any order as long as you complete the pre-requisites. To achieve recognition from the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), you must attain an overall average of 70% with no individual course grade below 65%.

HRPA is the professional regulatory body and the professional association for HR professionals in Ontario. All courses in the Human Resources Management Certificate program have been approved by HRPA and can help you earn the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation or Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation.
