Program Delivery

This is a part-time program, and is delivered via online (asynchronous) classroom. 

Program Description

Regardless of industry, skilled managers are required to help lead companies and their workers to success. Developing those managerial skills takes a blend of practical and hands-on learning. With Sheridan's Management Development Studies Certificate, learn how to hone in your managerial skills and allow them to blossom within your respected industry. 

Learn to develop effective managerial skills, lead a team-based organization, and foster a work environment that encourages customer returns all within this handy program. Further, students will be able to develop the fundamental practices of finance and accounting to help bolster their skillset and provide insight into their organization. In 8 courses, students are ready to take the next step in their professional development and land the promotion they deserve.
