Cover the history of union organization, as well as motivation and political environment. Study the unionization process, private/public sector legislation, negotiating and administering collective agreements, and dispute resolution mechanisms.

Prerequisite(s): HRMT70006 Human Resource Administration or another post-secondary level HR fundamentals course.
