Students learn the processes, tools, and techniques used to effectively manage project stakeholders, resources (both physical and human resources) and the communications requirements of a project. Topics in this course include leadership styles & behaviour, stakeholder identification & management, resource planning, estimating and acquisition, team development, coaching & mentoring, conflict resolution and communications planning and management. This course is offered both in-class and online. In both delivery formats, students are expected to participate in group discussions, complete individual and group assignments and complete a final exam.
