Taught by change management experts, you’ll learn to understand human behaviour in the workplace, how change affects individuals and companies and to manage transitioning teams through the change process.

Depending on your interest, you can enrol in a single course or take all three courses to earn a Change Management Leadership ROA. The program’s three courses total 9.0 credits (123 credit hours) and are delivered online as well as on-campus/face-to-face (F2F).
