The passing grade for ACMO approved courses is 60%, provided you also achieve a passing grade of 51% on the final exam of each course.

Pursuing your Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) professional designation is essential to your career, whether you work in condominium management today or you want to transition into this rapidly growing industry.

This series of online courses was developed specifically for both new and experienced Condominium Managers. They are approved by the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO), as the prerequisite to writing the RCM exam set by ACMO.

You will learn about the physical, financial, human relations and legal aspects of residential condominium property management.  Examples of day-to-day problems and practices are covered so that you can apply what you have learned.  Faculty are senior ACMO members who have achieved their RCM designation and other experienced industry professionals.

Register through Sheridan and successfully complete the four compulsory ACMO approved courses.
