The logistics industry is an important driver of economic growth and development. Understanding key supply chain and operations management foundations is crucial to profitability. In this program, you’ll be exposed to product and service transportation from seller to buyer, and understand why operations management requires a global view of operations strategy.

As global trade barriers come down, Canadian employees and employers have learned to compete successfully in international markets. When you earn an International Trade & Global Logistics Recognition of Achievement (ROA) from Sheridan, you’ll understand entry and exit strategies for international markets and cross-cultural business practices.
