Through hands-on activities and case studies, you’ll gain the basic knowledge required to participate as a core team member on Lean Six Sigma projects working under the direction of Black Belt and Green Belt professionals.
Furthermore, you’ll learn complementary concepts and tools to work on additional Continuous Improvement initiatives.

- BUSM70040 - Lean Six Sigma Foundations – This course will provide you with the foundations to work in Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement in any field.
And then you have the option of selecting either
- BUSM70041 - Data Analysis for Lean Six Sigma - if you’re interested in Production and Manufacturing
- BUSM70042- Value Stream Mapping and Process Management if you’re interested in the Service industry.
Keep in mind that you can also use these courses towards your Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement Certificate.
Note: BUSM70040 AND BUSM70041 courses in the Lean Six Sigma program are designed to provide PMI® credential holders with Professional Development Units (42 PDUs) needed to satisfy the designation’s ongoing requirements.
